3. How We Use Your Information and Our Lawful Basis

  • To provide coaching sessions and workshops you have booked (performance of a contract).

  • To manage bookings, send invoices and process payments (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).

  • To communicate with you about your sessions, including reminders and follow-ups (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).

  • To send occasional newsletters or marketing, where you have opted in (consent) — you can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as retaining invoices for tax purposes (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third parties who help us run our business, such as:

  • Payment processing providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or similar).

  • Our accountant or bookkeeper, where relevant.

We keep client and financial records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and tax obligations (generally up to 6 years after the end of our relationship with you, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements). Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
